Anona Lake Property Owners Association (ALPOA) - Covid Plan - July 2, 2020

Overview of ALPOA

ALPOA is a 7 acre lot (approx.) that is privately owned by 61 families in the immediate surrounding area of the property.  This facility is Private Membership only .  Facilities include (See Aerial view - Attachment A):

·       Lake

·       Sand Beach

·       Pavilion

·       Bathroom Building

·       Pump House Bldg

·       Playground

·       2 Tennis courts

·       Parking lot

Days/Hours of Operation

The ALPOA lake and beach will be open during the summer of 2020 for sun bathing and swimming from Wednesday through Sunday from 12 noon to 5 pm.  Our Social Ambassadors will be staffed during this time.

Admittance And Access to Facility

Usage of Anona Lake by the 61 families is minimal on a daily basis.  On an average day there will be only 6-10 people in total for the day.  So there are no real capacity concerns because of the large beach and Lake (approximately 3 acres) and minimal attendance.

The entrance is through the large parking lot area and wide paved path to the beach.  Because of the minimal daily usage and wide entry way, the exit will be the same.  Members will social distance in the rare occurrence that members arrive or exit at the same time.

Our Social Ambassadors will "check in" each member as they arrive and record them into the attendance log (attendees name, date, time), provide them with a squirt of hand sanitizer, and offer them a copy of the social distancing guidelines for the lake if they want.

Signage has been installed at the Lake (see Covid Member Communications - Attachment B) to outline the social distancing guidelines for the Lake.

Members will only be allowed two guests per member (typically play-dates for kids)
